Refund Policy

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@kopiboy.sg if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Important: Do not dispose of any defective items — we may arrange to collect them for inspection.


Cancellations

  • A cancellation fee of 50% of the total bill applies for cancellations made less than 3 working days before the scheduled delivery or collection date.

  • No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled date.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

All of our beverages are freshly made and have a short shelf life. As such, we are unable to accept returns on drinks.
If you encounter an issue, please email us at hello@kopiboy.sg and we’ll do our best to assist.

Gift cards are also non-refundable and non-returnable.


Refunds

Once any returned items (if applicable) are received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
