General

Delivery destinations:

  • We only ship locally.

Delivery times:

  • We will deliver your order based on your selected delivery date.
  • Deliveries run from 12 noon to 6 pm daily
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to accept time requests as we are doing islandwide deliveries daily.
  • You can opt for same-day delivery if you order before 12 noon (while stocks and slots are still available!)

Delivery cost:

  • Orders over $28 will have free shipping.
  • Orders under $28 will be charged for delivery at a flat fee of $5. 

Unsuccessful delivers to incomplete/wrong address:

  • If the delivery address given is incomplete or wrong, we will contact you immediately. If the waiting time exceeds 10 minutes, your order will be sent back to our facility.
  • Any subsequent re-delivery or change of address will be charged at $5 per trip.

Delivery completed to incorrect address given:

  • If the delivery has been completed to the incorrect address given by you, please contact us immediately.
  • Pick-up & re-delivery will be charged at $5 per trip:
eg: Pick-up: $5, Re-delivery: $5 (Total $10)

  • Depending on the location, your re-delivery may be rescheduled to another day.


You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

  • We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards & Debit Cards.
  • We also accept mobile payments via PayNow & direct bank transfer.
  • Cash on Delivery is not applicable
  • For Government agencies, we accept E-Invoice upon request.

What should I do if my payment is unsuccessful?

  • Should your payment be unsuccessful at checkout, try opting for payment via PayNow and send us the screenshot together with your order number (KBXXXX) once payment has been done here.

Do I need an account to make a purchase?

  • No you do not, however by having an account, it will allow us to identify which order belongs to you just in case!
  • It will also allow you to keep track of your order and access your account for future purchases with a breeze.
  • Registration can be made before shopping or upon checking out at the shopping cart page.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

  • All orders are prepared 1 day before delivery date. Any amendments should be notified a minimum of 36 hours before the delivery date. However should your order have been prepared, no amendments will be allowed.
  • Cancellations are not allowed, however you can choose to change your delivery date with a minimum of 48 hours notice from the delivery date.

Can I order for someone else?

  • Yes! If the order is a gift for someone else, kindly put their address in the delivery address and contact number portion.
  • However, do make sure that the billing address is yourself so that we can contact you regarding the order.


How do I choose the drinks for my gift box?

  • You can type in your choices in the "Instructions to Seller" portion at your cart.

Can I include a gift message for my recipient?

  • Yes you can! Leave your message in the "Gift Note" portion upon checkout. We will print your message out on a gift card. Remember to sign off on your name so that recipients know it's from you!

I would like to order multiple gift boxes to different locations, how do I do that?

  • If you're ordering for more than 5 locations, you can reach out to us here and we will be able to assist you with the orders! Otherwise, each order should be send in individually with the different addresses.
